1. Direct Purchases (Fancyfy Checkout)

If you placed an order directly through our secure site (Cash on Delivery or Prepaid) and there is a genuine issue with your product, we offer a 3-Day Return Window from the date of delivery.

• Returns are only accepted if the item is delivered damaged, defective, or is incorrect.
• Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the defect/issue. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process the claim.
• To initiate a return, please use our Contact Support page within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

To maintain strict hygiene standards and protect our customers, certain product categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, unless they arrive physically broken:

Some products on our site feature a "GET DEAL NOW" button that redirects you to a trusted third-party partner (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or independent brand sites).

If you completed your purchase on a partner's website, your order is subject strictly to that partner's refund and return policy. Fancyfy does not handle the fulfillment or customer service for these redirected orders. Please log into your account on the partner's website to initiate a return.

4. Order Cancellations

For direct Fancyfy orders, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order is marked as "Shipped" and handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled, and you commit to accepting the delivery at your doorstep.
